For over thirty years, I have had a weakness for newcomers in the industry and have always spent a lot of time focused in on them. As in any business, porn is no different. There are some that excel way beyond the others, a few who should take the next plane home and a handful that stand out in every aspect. Those who not only stand out in their performances, but also in their strong commitment and responsibility to their careers, their respect for their fans and others in the industry are the ones who will continue to climb. Previous newcomers that I mentioned earlier and many others have done things the right way and that is why they are still around.

Each month I will be sharing with XCritic readers, other newcomers, established performers and others in different aspects in the industry, some exciting "Newcomers and Fresh New Faces" in the business. These are ones I am keeping my eye on in every aspect that I have mentioned above and are catching many others eyes too. These young ladies are on my radar and should be on yours too.
