Not to knock JC but I think her physical appearance may have had some more to do with what she wasn't putting into her body as opposed to working out. That's just speculation though. She was real, real skinny at one point and it wasn't the "fitness" look for sure.

I rented all of JC and RM's films from Netflix and my wife was getting a little tired of it. Then months later I rented Pollock from the library and JC shows up. I had no idea she was in the movie and my wife didn't believe me.
