14/16 It's especially tough because of the way makeup is applied. The female impersonators generally layer on the makeup while the genuine women don't. But occasionally that's not the case. I think it effects us porn-loving pervs more than other men because porn chicks usually put makeup on with a spatula.

Actually what makes it hard (apart from the above) is that they are still pictures and that you dont get to see the shoulder part which is often a dead giveaway.

Easy pickin's for the most part.

She-male: tend to have excess layered makeup AND wig/hair attachments/extensions. Pics with hair additions are almost always she-male. Pics with natural hair lines and appearance tend to be female.

The ones that people whiffed on like #11 were difficult because of lack of context so either you were thinking "obvious porno actress" or "too good to be true." Hard to say.

#15 was difficult too because the pic is from a distance and the hairline is pretty good. The features seem a bit manly ... however that's a close call. I wouldn't be surprised to find out it's really a woman.
