Does foreplay count as sex? Like, if someone were to ask you what's the longest time you've ever had sex before, would that total time include foreplay?

depends on the person. Cuz what counts as "foreplay" among a hetero couple actually counts as "sex" for a lesbian couple... so I think every person's definition is gonna be different.
