View Full Version : Can you get in trouble for posting an ameteur pic on the web?

Say my g/f wants me to post some pics of her on the web.
If we break up in 3 months can she come back and get me in trouble? I see amateur pics all the time, but just would like to know before I do so. What about if I don't include her face?

..and NO, you can't see them :)

Thanks for any input on this!

I know the girl must be legal at the time the pics were taking.

First of all, I think you should post 'em here!! Who better to 'break her in' than us otters??

Second-Definitely get her to sign a paper. You don't have to get it notorized, just signed by her...then put it away in a very safe (and obscure) hiding place.

You can find standard model releases for sale at just about any camera shop, by the way.

Is that your hand I see in the pics or your girlfriend's? If these are pics of your girlfriend, what does your wife think about it? I notice in one of the pics the hand is wearing a wedding band. Somebody in this relationship is being bad.

That's my brother and he's not married :rolleyes: Just wears that ring for some reason (seriously). Anyhow, hope you all enjoyed. The real pics are PHAT!!!

Does someone want to host them for research purposes? It's for a friend of mine.

I've seen lots of negatives about Kazaa and other shareware w/spy programs and I'm hesitant to try Kazaa, Morpheus, etc.

Or does someone have some positive experiences with one of these?

He says they are on Kazaa, which I don't use. I am sure that there is someone out there who uses Kazaa and has web space to spare to host these pics. I'm wondering who is going to take the initiative.

As for getting in trouble, you need her to sign a "Model Release Form". Do a search on Google and you'll find quite a few examples, including some standard ones in PDF format that you can print.

apparently someone took a picture of my butt (while I was sloppy drunk - at a party), sent it in some contest and won some money. I have of course have no recollection who this person was and would love to see the actual photo of my prize winning ass.

screw the release forms, bring on the nudie people. (as if it really bothers themselves that they are already naked in public in the first place)
