It's only $9.95 per year. Anyone know? I might like that more than the reg. MAXIM. What type of mag is this?

It's not so bad, very few pictorials, a lot of half-assed reviews, half the magazine is advertisements, and some articles and interviews with old fogies and "who?" kind of bands.. it's like the rolling stone for the neXt gen.. still, a pictorial of mandy moore and other semi-jailbait hotties last month and a pictorial of pink this month was good :D
I'm sure there's a 2 year free subscription to it floating around, so you might wanna do that instead of paying.

Music mag version that has not enticed me to purchase although I like Stuff/Maxim/etc. and love music. The bands are too cool for me.

i think i got a free subscription to it, or a very cheap one because i got an issue yesterday and i don't remember ordering it. i'm kind of disappointed with it. i enjoy maxim as kind of a fast food entertainment magazine, but blender didn't hold much entertainment value for me. lots of pictures of hip rockers making faces and flashing hand gestures. the interviews were pretty boring..... "hey scott sapp, would you like to kick fred dursts ass?"...."yeah, i'd kick his ass real good. he's a punk..."
give me rolling stone over this one anyday.
