first off, i suggest subscribing to AVN Online.. the mag caters to those in the pr0n web business. i don't remember how or why i got the subscription (i know i'm not paying for it) but i thumb thru it now and then and it gives great advice and stuff. from content to coding. to what laws are and aren't in effect. to the trends in the industry.

then, find a niche. there are a ton of pr0n sites out there.. both pro and amateur. you have to offer something the others don't. it's all about content. content content content.. and how often you update.

i at one point gave this some thought. i think the easist way is to find the cute "next door" type of girl. of course she has to be willing to do all this. there are quite a few amatuer sites that are dedicated to just one girl. convince the girl of the fame and fortune she will get and how you must recive 50% for webmastering and taking the photos, and you;re in luck.

No, its not a viable business at all. I read an article about it last year, someone posted an entire article about thier own experience, in which they explained how its incredibly time consuming, too many complications come up, too much competition, and basically a huge waste of time and money. But hey, go for it if you want!

i started one for my girlfriend about 2 years ago and was making a few hundred a month, maybe over a thousand a few times (woohoo). but then again i made the whole site in about 2 days, and I didn't have her doing gangbangs on schoolbuses with strangers or whatever. Weird thing is, I took it down probably about a year ago, and every month or 2, i'll get a check for like $100 somehow.

The main problem is advertising and distinguishing yourself from the rest (and right now there's too damn many). You need a gimmick. Also everyone takes their cut, which really eats your profits (hosting sites, credit card processors--I used ibill.com). With a gimmick, those guys have to be making something cause my shitty little website was making okay money and I maybe spent an hour a day on it after it was set up. The market wasnt as crowded then, either. I mainly advertised by having samples displayed on thumbnail galleries like www.absolut-series.com (it was free).

Actually, I got a digital camera for my birthday a few years back and we started taking (normal) pictures. Then we put them up on our personal webpage, and people would say, "you should do some nude pictures, you can make some $$. Hell, I'd pay to see it." So then we were like what the hell, took some pictures, made a site really quick, made a few bucks, then stopped it. I wish we would have kept it up, because she started "experimenting" with some of her girl friends at a few parties at or house, and they woud have made some great videos.
