Actually, if you pause on that scene for about 15 minutes and then do a frame by frame and zoom in two times, you can see that she has a bush going on there as well. Not that I did that. :blush:

When she falls of the examining table at the end of the movie. It's not very quick, and it is fairly blatant. Unless your eyes are closed you don't need the zoom or the slo-mo playback.
