If they didnt show her face (which they didnt) during that scene then most likely it is not her.

Of course, the character Vivian was played by Natasha Lyonne, Tomei played Rita. So this goof has nothing to do with it, unless the original post or imdb was referring to Natasha's breasts.

My bad. But, I do remember reading an article when the movie was first released that said Marisa had a body double.
