I'm curious to know why you think so. I don't own the dvd, so I can't go check it out, but my memory of them is that they lloked very real to me. There were even shots where I could see that they were (very naturally) asymmetrical- one was noticably larger than the other. I really can't imagine a surgeon doing that. If you think they are fake because of their shape/perk factor, think again. My last girlfriend had breasts a LOT like Watts', only they were bigger AND perkier. Some women are just blessed, dude.
