On the radio they were making a joke out of something called a "Hot Carl".

What is it? Keep it PG-13 rated or cleaner, if possible.

The only Hot Carl I've ever heard of is at the very end of the Pure Frosting Album by the Presidents Of The United States Of America. 4 or 5 minutes after the end of the last track there is a 15 second song where the band repeats Hot Carl over and over again.

I sure hope they had a different meaning for it!
