Just change the 004 number to a higher one.

They are not sequential though. After about 006 or so it varies up to like 056 I think.

bmezine.com used to have some good stories about people who did subincision (cutting the underside of the penis to the urethral tube) and bifurcation (cutting the penis completely in half). They are now in the hard and extreme sections of the site, and you can't see them without membership.

From what I remember, the penis still functioned normally after the butchering, but you had to sit down to pee after that.

That stapling is pretty out there to me.

I love more traditional body piercings though. My wife has both her nipples pierced, tongue, and clit hood. I also have my tongue pierced, nipple, and 1 more down there (prince albert (man did that hurt!!!)).

I have an apadravya, 2 dydoes, and 2 frenums. I used to have a prince albert, but got it "converted" into the apadravya.

Sex works just fine....when I'm with girls that are also modded genitally, we have to be careful on insertion to make sure things dont get caught, but proper jewlery selection can take care of that.

I really can't tell too much of a difference during sex, the girls (total of 2 since i've been modded) feel a difference, and like it. One described it as just "something extra."

OMG! You know, I think I've heard the term "trepanation" before, but never knew its definition (maybe I'm thinking of trepidation hehe). That's unreal though! I googled and found this story here. Slick but weak IMO.

Trepanation? Different strokes for different folks I guess. Methinks there are more important issues - medical or not - than trepanation but that's just me.
