I see alot of forums which posts tons of passwords from sites and I'm wondering how people get them. is there some kind of software program that getys them or what?

Mostly brute forced out ... or you could, you know, buy them :P

I was just wondering because some people post up to 20 passwords from the same site. I know they didn't pay for that many.

They brute force most of them. There's a few programs out there that make it very easy.

One is called Access Diver.
