Of course she can. A penis is a delicate organ. It's like a guy asking if a guy can hammer a girl too hard. The person on top controls the speed and pressure of the sex, and is responsible for it not getting too forceful.

I've heard people on Loveline say they can make a sound with their penis like cracking their knuckles. Maybe that's what that was. I just remember Dr. Drew saying there's a tendon at the base that can do that. Never experienced that myself.

Also as for the breaking I remember a caller on that show someone saying they managed to do that in the shower with his wife.
