Shaved and shaving...lets talk about it, what do you like??

Guys-
I wanted to get some opinions, from the guys, what do you like your girls doing in terms of shaving down below? Do you like them completely shaved, trimmed up, bushy, lets hear it.

Personally I like my girls shaved completely, or at least trimmed up, its a big turn on! Bushy, hell no, its a bigggg turn off.

Girls-
Ok girls your turn, how do you like your guys? Do you like down below hairy and natural? Do you like it trimmed up? Do you like it completely shaved? What do you like and what turns you on?

I am not married, currently dating, but all the girls that I have been with love me trimmed up nice and short down below, I have had numerous comments that its a big turn on.

Last part, what are some shaving techniques, guys and girls, for down below? What are some ways to minimize irritation and razor bumps and make it look nice?

i use a pair of electric clippers for maintenance of my neather regions. as close as i can get it with those, i wouldn't go so far as to use a razor though.
i like my woman to do at least as much as i do. and if they use the razor, even better.

I prefer completely shaved (smooth no stuble whatsoever) and full on bush. Partially shaved doesn't do it for me.

For shaving.....use electric trimmer to shave off the majority of the pubic hair. Afterwards take a long hot shower or bath to soften the skin. Then use a conventional razor and plenty of shaving cream to shave off the rest. Once dry apply lotion to prevent skin irratation.

I prefer ladies to be completely shaved down there, but unfortunately my wife disagrees. :( (she's Japanese, and if you've seen any Japan porn, you'll know that shaving the goodies is one western "fad" that hasn't really caught on over there. It's very uncommon. Let's hope that changes soon :lol: )

As for myself, I like to keep the neather regions nicely trimmed. :up: Just seems neater and more hygenic.

My answer is based on oral reasons only.
Shaved. As for me I keep it trimmed.
If the hair on a guy is kept short, then basically the girl is "playing with the tree surrounded by tall grass." However a guy has to try to lick/suck/nibble on an area surrounded by hair. And that area doesn't raise up over the hair, so shaved is the ONLY way.

I like my men to be at least a little trimmed, as I am. too. I've never shaved because shaving isn't hygienically good for women. The pubic hair is there for a reason: To keep sweat from getting into the vagina, just as eyebrows keep sweat from getting into the eyes. Plus, once you shave there, the hair grows back a different texture ( usually more coarse, like leg hair) and I don't wanna risk that. Besides, I've never had any complaints. Then again, I'm me, so.. :p ;)

I don't think a razor should ever be near a guys penis or ballsack. (I'm sure most guys agree. ;) ) It doesn't look 'right' and I like my men to have hair there, as a real man should.

I like a little chest hair to run my fingernails through and play with and such. So that's a 'no' on shaving. It should be trimmed though if it grows awkwardly uneven or too heavily.

I agree with you on this one. I was with a guy that shaved all his pubic hair and at first it was "different" but after awhile it was kinda weird. Plus when it started to grow a 5 o'clock shadow it was not very comfortable for me during sex. I would get rash from all the friction. I know.......too much information. :)

I prefer to keep myself lightly trimmed in all areas of my body. I don’t have a lot of chest hair so I usually let what I do have go. As for my partner, being lightly trimmed is always nice. I prefer hair over clean shaven.

I don't trim my pubic or chest hair. I don't think I would trim my chest hair, but if a girl I really liked requested it, I might trim (not shave!) my pubic hair.

strong agreement that there's nothing worse than a sweaty vagina.





Since I grew up in the time where most women did not shave I still prefer a nice triangle of fur. But I do like it trimmed or shaved in the area of the majoras and minoras.

I like women to be natural. If they feel like trimming a little, that's fine... and I would never ask a woman to shave. Their body, their business.

Now for those men that prefer it completely shaved, how will you feel once the woman gets tired of having to shave all the time and decides to let it grow out?

I like my chicks shaved, but those who have done it complain about the itching and general uncomfortableness when it starts to grow back. When I asked about just keeping it shaved, they said that it is too sensitive to keep shaven, since shaving again in a short period of time causes skin irritation.

While I do enjoy the shaved look on girls, I must admit that it gets boring after a while. So when nice natural girl comes along it's all the more exciting.

When you check out Webcam sites with lotsa foriegn chicks you see lotsa natural bush. It's mostly the Anglo women from eastern europe and the US that shave their hair.

I use a #1 setting which is pretty short, but I like it pretty trimmed up, the girls I have been with have liked it so I go with it.

That's what I do.

Also the feeling of a cleanly shaved ballsack is quite liberating if your not to scared to take a razor to them. I've never had any accidents, knock on, uh..... wood.

Shaved is only good in porn. In real life the two girls I've known who tried it and who I was in a position to talk to about it didn't like it at all. Neither tried it for me, just on their own, and it drove one of them completely up the wall with the itching. They each only tried it once.

I like trimmed a lot. Like WhoGirl was saying, it's there for hygenic reasons if no other, so it's a very good thing to at least keep a little grass on the field.

When a fad is 'in' a lot of people go with the new look. I could never make a general statement as to whether I preferred one style over another. It's all a matter of if it looks good or not. Nose rings look good on some people but not on others. It's the same with shaving. There are some girls who should NEVER shave. I don't care for the roast beef look. If she has protruding labia, I'll pass. Redheads shouldn't shave because a firey bush is a real turn on. Girls with ******* tucked down low shouldn't shave because it makes them look like they are store manikins. Almost like their ***** has been airbrushed off. However girls with a well defined venus mons look great shaved. So generally I prefer a trimmed pubis. One last note. Pubic hair does have a purpose. It retains the wonderful aroma of *****. We are hardwired to respond to that and I just think we should respect mother nature.

I've shaved for over ten years, so those of you referring to a fad, perhaps I started it. Whatever the case, every man I've been with has absolutely loved the shaven look. A few years ago, I always surprised the man I was with because it wasn't very popular. I just prefer being without hair down there, and the itchiness goes away over time. Also, the comment about hair growing back thicker is a fallacy. Look it up.

As for men, I don't want any hair getting in the way of the business at hand. I don't want to go down on a man whose hair is out of control. Neatly trimmed is okay, but when I encounter a man who shaves, I try to hold on! Don't do it too often or it will look beaten up from bumps and stuff.
