What HBO movie was this? (The Sex Spa)

I am watching a movie on HBO right now, it looks like a hard-core film with the sex scenes edited to cut out any graphic sex. The name of the movie on HBO is "The Sex Spa", and has Chloe and Dru Berrymore in it. Tons of tit shots, very few bush shots, and no lips / dick shots. Strange, they show the guy eating out the girl (without showing his mouth or the vagina), they'll show her banging her from behind (again, nothing visual), the girl giving a blowjob (with the camera angle at the back of her head), but that's the limit.

I'm thinking that HBO renamed the movie after heavy editing, does anybody know what the original movie was?

The plot is that there was a murder at a spa and the masseuse goes around screwing all of the women.
