go to http://www.sashadith.com/ and click on one of the videos. I did the quicktime one in high quality. After the file plays completely do a windows search for files created today greater than 1 mb and you should have the video in one of your temporary cache files. The one I have is about 16 mb. Mind you the name will just be a series of numbers like 140008b2d01. Click on the file and tell the computer to open with Quicktime if it works you have the right file if not try one of the other large cache files.

if using IE clear your temp file cache first then go play the file. It's eaiser to spot when you clear the files first.
