To "clear" to be on Target.com?

After a lot of study, it appears to be a lace that goes all the way to the waistband and then down. I will study some more, however, to be sure of this assessment.

Not lace... Look close enough and you can see the darker blue lace going just barely to the right of the camel toe. Between that and the fact that you can clearly see the left side is higher/wedged, no question it's a case of the camel toe.

Also, why move it to adult? If target.com deems safe why isn't it safe in "other"?
