Breasts are just basically fat cells. They're much more complicated than that but before you lose muscle mass, like in her ass which still looks great, you'll lose it elsewhere and she had a lot to lose from her breasts. :(

Honestly, I'm not sure if some large breasted actresses don't diet like that to reduce their breasts on purpose, as opposed to something as drastic as breast reduction, to become less of a sex object and more of an "actress". Again :(
