I can assure you this would be imposible to stage!! Even if we wanted to LOL It takes usually 2 months pre-production and 4 months in post production for each College Invasion. We usually shoot around 25-40 hours of footage for each one.

Megan, I think the "It takes usually 2 months pre-production" is the part that we all agree on. Some in the thread probably want you to go out sight unseen and use untested people at the last minute as the only "real" reality porn. Others are aware of the need for testing, paperwork, and other factors that prohibit stuff like that from happening these days (Jamie Gillis used to have a series where he'd take performers out to meet strangers for performing work; it was never as good in reality as the way it sounded conceptually but that's the kind of staging some believe would be coolest).

Howard, I like some of those series myself but like the Bang Bros and other companies; they aren't exactly "reality" porn to the level these guys are speaking of. Keep up the good work though. :)

Exactly. It's not like they pull up to a college keg party and say "hey who wants to fuck on film!" Stop pretending it happens that way because when you see the same girls and guys on multiple "reality" sex sites it's not "reality". Like it's advertised.

Ohh i totally agree we don't just drive around looking for parties to show up at!! We are invited by frats and then we make sure that they are legit ... not crazy pornstar killers or something LOL ..Plus we get their requests for favorite girls etc. Most of that time is spent on booking plane tickets, hotels, van, etc.

But once we actually get to the state ... from there it's a free for all. Since they party is totally real and it's about the guys winning the games to get laid or get a blow job and stuff ... which they don't know if they are going to win ..etc. That's what i mean by reality. The only things we cut out ... but are usually on BTS ... is the fact that 3 to 4 of the 10 guys that gets a shot to perform doesn't fail. Usually the college kids get super nervous, for obvious reasons. But my favorite stuff is when you can tell they watched a TON of porn and are trying to bust Eric Everhard moves and it comes off as funny instead ...

I still think we are the closest you can come to reality ... without going to jail LOL Maybe that should be our new studio tag line ... "Shane's World: As real as possible without getting our asses put in Jail!"

Megan, I think there are only a handful of decent production companies that offer this level of "reality porn" (the internet ones are just as staged but look worse in my experience) and I have to admit that Shane's World has long been a favorite in that sense. Too many people seem to think that the "reality" TV shows are anything different (they are all pre-planned, produced, and staged) or that reality means it has to be completely spontaneous and lacking in general planning (an idea that makes little sense for anyone). Keep up the good work!
