I've been meaning to pick it up for some time (I even had Jenna sign a blank blu ray case for me, in anticipation of buying it!) but have heard a lot of "poor" reviews regarding it. Apparently even something as simple as making a video involving an oil pit filled with girls can get messed up somehow :p

I've heard the video quality is a bit better than DVD but not quite what you expect from HD. I'll pick it up at some point but $50 is a lot for a disc for what it sounds like you get here.
