About three weeks ago, I had some reall intense pains coming from one of my testicles going up to the veins into my groin. My scrotum is very red around the area, and about three days passed and it left. Well it is now back in full force. There isn't any burning urnation or discharge. But when this first happened I had helped a friend move for 13 hours, with a lot of heavy things 2 days before the pain started. I thought it could be a gron pull, but I didn't think it would just involve one of my testicles. I also have had a fever for a while.

Anyways, what do you guys think from the information given. I'm not sure what to do, any thing could help.

1. Take a sharp knife and slice your scrotum open
2. Remove testes
3. ?
4. Profit

if your doc ruled out testicular torsion (which is sounds like she did if she only just gave you an rx for an antibiotic) then it sounds like you have epididymitis.

i had a similar situation when my balls got tangled up with each other......the doctor (WHO WAS HOT and a girl) apparently massaged them back to normal. I was 5-6 at the time

To a 5-6 year old, getting that kind of treatment, wouldn't even Rosie O'Donnell seem hot?

If I ever have anything funny going on down in happyland, then I'm not taking any chances. Period.

A period is not "anything funny" and completely normal, Jacqueline. Do you not trust your ob/gyn?

as strange as this may sound there could be a slight chance that it is kidney stone.

The reason I say this was because last year I had intense pain like you described, although mine started up around my lower back but quickly worked its way round to my groin area.

I thought as well that maybe I had pulled something or done some damage because I had been doing some heavy lifting etc that could have resulted in the injury.

Anyway, it got to the point where it was excruciating. A visit to the dr's was followed by a trip to have xrays etc with bloodwork discovered the problem.
