Whoa, crazy. I wonder if it has anything to do with his work? Maybe a drunk girl sobered up after having sex on film and decided it was a bad idea? Or maybe he raped someone and robbed their house, time will tell I guess.

I hope this gets updated when details come out.

What a hell of an alibi!

"I am a porn star, who gets paid for sex, so I wouldn't need to rape someone!"

&

"I was too drunk to remember what happened"

The case has been pushed back several times that i know of. From what i hear .. they have no evidence. The thing that is amazing ... no one ever states it was him being ACCUSED of second degree rape and the girl has always maintained she knew their was no sex. Btw, a wet willy to someone can be considered second degree rape .

Even if he is only guilty of sticking a wet finger in a girl's ear, he still has the burglary charges to answer for.

Reid told KXLY-TV that he was too drunk last Thursday to remember what happened.

A judge set his bail at $100,000 and ordered he stay at least a half mile from sorority houses. The arrested student evidently revealed Reid’s identity to investigators.

Police say multiple witnesses also placed Reid on the scene.

Well I hope it all works out. The College Amateur Tour movies are awesome! I love Shane's World.

There must be a lot more information to this one than the media let out since both charges require a degree of intent that won't be easy to establish. Simply being inside someone's room, actually, she wasn't supposed to be there either, isn't enough. I won't comment on the merits of the case since there aren't any at this point but he turned himself in, posted bond, and willingly gave a sample of DNA. If the case was stronger, the state wouldn't keep pushing it back too.

Anyway, he's innocent unless proven guilty. I've never met the guy but he grew up pretty close to where I live and most accounts by those that know him suggest he's very naive so I wonder what the "real" story is. Best of luck to all involved...
