well, speaking from experience and from what i have heard...

for me, i went thru a period where i did it a whole helluva lot. towards the end of this period, it took a good 30 minutes to reach orgasm and sensitivity was totally lost. thankfully, i wasnt with a guy during/.right after this period or it would have been an exercise in futility. and the same thing goes for the male--a friend of mine told me that he used to masturbate very aggressively1-2 times a day, every day. he told met hat he had a really hard time cumming with sex or oral sex in under 1 hr. now, while some people would like this, not everyone would. i think he desensitized his penis so much that a vagina/mouth couldnt come close to applying the same pressure and sensation as his hand. sure enough, as soon as he slowed down (and he used less pressure, was more gentle), he was able to cum whenever he wanted with his chick.

Well, with over 10 gigs of p0rn. I can safely say that yes, you can masturbate too much. Namely, when you don't remember the last time you didn't shoot blanks. That's happened to me a lot of times. Also, it does make it harder to ejaculate durin' actual sex relations. Maybe it's because you're running on dry or maybe its because you do yourself best and no one can compare..I'm not sure which.

IMO - there's several ways that masturbation too much can be harmful - if you're doing it too often, finding the activity to interfer with your work and social life/relationships, or you've just wore it out that the thing just shriveled up and fell off.

actually, i disagree. yeah, sometimes the S.O. is a better alternative. but then again, other times, no. i know exactly how i like it. my hand doesnt care when the last time i showered, if i shaved my legs or not, or if i am in a bitchy mood. a lot of times, it is just easier to cut to the chase, get want you want, and get on with your life. even when i return to a constant sexual relationship, i will still probably masturbate.
