FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Girlfriends Films & RayVeness Donate $1000 to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children
Welcoming Back the Former Contract Star, Girlfriends Films Selects RayVeness to Participate in May’s Charity Donation!
May 2, 2012 --- CHATSWORTH, Calif. --- The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children was selected to receive a gift of $1000 from Girlfriends Films, on behalf of gorgeous adult performer RayVeness. The donation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children is the May selection for Girlfriends Films’ monthly charity program. Past charities include Lambda Legal, Muscular Dystrophy Association, NPR, Cancer Research Institute, the American Red Cross, and more. RayVeness’ charity selection helps provide information and resources to law enforcement, parents, children, including child victims, and other professionals.
Girlfriends Films calls on its strong community of fans and followers to join RayVeness in helping those in need. Donations of all sizes may be made directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children at http://www.missingkids.com/missingki...US&PageId=1805.

“There is nothing in this world more precious to me than a child,” says RayVeness. “Our children are our future, and they need our voices and our support. Far too many children suffer from abuse or neglect – abuses sometimes going on right next door, which people are afraid to report or becoming involved with. Many of these children have no one to turn to and are easily preyed upon by strangers offering them the happiness they long for, but then further abusing the child’s trust. I choose to support the vulnerable children who don’t have a voice.”
RayVeness continues, “I have known about GFF charities since a few months after starting to work for Girlfriends Films, and I was excited to be called upon to choose my favorite charity! As most of my fans may know, I actually retired from the adult business in 2011 to start my own music school for at-risk teens. So to have the honor to help raise awareness for the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children is amazing!”
Girlfriends Films Vice President Moose states, “We are extremely excited to have RayVeness back performing for Girlfriends Films. Part of what makes her such a great star is her generous and caring heart, which can be seen by her selection of the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. We hope the donation will help raise awareness and change lives.”
In 2009, RayVeness became the first contract star signed by Girlfriends Films. Having featured the mature brunette performer on a regular basis, Girlfriends Films made the decision to bring RayVeness aboard under contract.
After a brief retirement, RayVeness has returned to the adult industry. In April, she filmed several volumes of the hit series “Pin-Up Girls” for Girlfriends Films. Fans may find RayVeness clad in 40’s vintage lingerie in the upcoming “Pin-Up Girls: Volume 7.”
Girlfriends Films has a long history of charitable contributions, having donated over $20,000 in 2011. Last year the company recently restructured its charity program from an annual end-of-year donation to an ongoing, monthly program. 2011 donations included Melissa Monet’s choice of Planned Parenthood, Lily Cade’s selection of Lambda Legal, Ryan Keely’s pick of NPR, Trinity St. Clair’s selection of Life 4 Paws, Jiz Lee’s donation to a California girls organization, Dyanna Lauren’s donation to Child Find of America, Cindy’s selection of Cancer Research Institute, Jelena Jensen’s selection of Best Friends Animal Society, and Samantha Ryan’s choice of the Muscular Dystrophy Association. AVN Media founder Paul Fishbein kicked off the 2012 giving with a donation to Best Friend Animal Society, followed by Tanya Tate’s gift to the National Breast Cancer Coalition, XBIZ Managing Editor Dan Miller’s donation to the American Red Cross, and AVN Senior Editor Mark Kernes’ donation to the Guttmacher Institute.
Any Girlfriends Films performers interested in participating may apply by emailing the following information to [email protected]: name, AIP charity of choice, reason(s) for selecting the charity. Chosen performers will be asked to submit a personal photo depicting the performer engaged with the charity, the charity’s mission, or a similar charitable act. The photo will be used for promotional purposes.
