Me too, knock on wood (pun somewhat intended ). My wife always jokes about me being "old" but she has to admit that this is one way I'm still like a young guy. I guess everyone is different, but from my personal experience, I don't feel a need to be "harder". Whenever I have an erection, it always seems to be as hard as it could get, I can't imagine it being more hard.

Of course, who knows what will happen in the future, so I'm glad this kind of medication is out there in case I need it someday. Some of these side effects don't sound like too much fun though.

I tried Viagara and it spoiled me. Takes 30 - 45 minutes to kick in. The only side effects are some slight flushing and a little congestion. Other than that it makes me feel like a kid again. It gave me such a kick start I don't like to go without. It makes it harder, I can relax and hold off popping without going soft, and even after popping it will stay hard for another moinute or so. It used to deflate like a balloon immediately. The second round starts much quicker as well. The best recreational drug ever invented.

Here's my big question; what happens when you take the pill and then have to pee? Are you just stuck with an erection and crippling pain and discomfort for hours? Especially with a lot of old guys (i.e. prostate problems), I don't quite understand how this wouldn't be a major problem. Never hear anyone mention it, though.

If you're arroused you have a hard-on. But after you pop you go back down just slower and quicker to get back up. It's easy to have a big ego. I'd rather have the big monster. I never thought I would need it. But after the boost it gave me, I don't like going without it. It seems like work.

Well, i thought id chime in, since i have just recently had some experience with this drug-

I am a VERY healthy 30 year old male, with normal to healthy sex drive, and perfectly normally functioning equipment, and a fairly normal sex life - 1-3 times a week. I keep in shape, and consider myself to be a fairly all around healthy person.

As i started to get to 27,28,29,30 - i noticed that my erections just werent staying around nearly as long as they were at 18-22. When your 18 you can go all night and then get up and go about your day. Well, i was getting the impression that those days were over for me.

I could get aroused (hard), but it was starting to take a lot more work, and concentration, and I sure didnt hurt to be hearing some 4 letter words from the GF to keep me in the game. Then, it started to happen - around 29,30, my erections were just ... not what they used to be. Stress related maybe? getting older? Testosterone going down? The final straw was one night with my GF, and i could just barely finish - and that was after going through every fantasy in my mental rolodex, and i said ok thats it, im going to the DR.

So i went to the Doc the next day and did the standard office visit, and told him i wanted to try viagra. Had a routine checkup, lab work up, etc. etc.. yhadda yadda. He gives me the sample pack, and i eagerly take it home.

Side effects:

The first time i took it, i took an entire pill (50mg). DO NOT DO THIS. I felt like my face was going to melt off my skull. It makes your face very flushed and hot, and it causes a little bit of congestion, and it raises yoru blood pressure. I experimented with the dosage, and actually now i take a 1/3 of a pill (about 15-18mg), and the benefits are about the same, but with little or no noticeable side effect. I cut it into 3 equal pieces. ANd DUH of course pfeizer advises you not to do that because they only want to sell you more, but if you take even a tiny little fraction of a pill, it will make your erection harder than a steel pipe. This is not a cheap drug, but ... thats not the reason i cut them up... to be honest with you, id pay 10 times what it costs.


Another side effect ive noticed is - , and someone else allready mentioned this, it will spoil you. I tried to have sex without it a week or two later, and the results were unbelieveable and embarrassing. It was 3x worse than before i took it. it was almost like my penis said, "what, no viagra? no show then!"


Quite possibly the most amazing recreational , or lifestyle drug that has ever been invented.

Problem is with taking it, you're dependent on it based on the stories. If you can't get an erection any other way, this sounds great.

I don't think Viagra sucks. I take Viagra 25mg with a full glass of water. Foreplay with my wife lasts about 20 minutes then making love with her. It lasts 15 minutes .Without Viagra it last about 3 minutes
