Cutting and pasting into a new tab/window will show you the picture. It won't let you hyperlink. And after seeing it, I also don't know what to say. I'm always curious how people find these insane pictures.

Oh. ok thanks. I think I've seen those.
In terms of tookie stuffing and "birthing", I think the craziest thing I saw, was this mpeg of a Japanese woman who stuffed a huge dead octopuss in her snatch and slowly pushed it out doggystyle. Since Octopusses kinda freak me out it was shocking to see to say the least. But I couldn't hit stop for some reason. I had to see the whole video.
