XCritic Adult Review: Xcalibur: The Lords of Sex

I read kobiata's DVD review of Xcalibur: The Lords of Sex at [url]http://www.dvdtalk.com/reviews/read.php?ID=28550[/URL. For me, the movie was way too boring and the sex scenes much too long-I watched to movie with my significant other and after two scenes shed said she had enough-bad acting, uninspired sex and some bad-looking cast (male and female alike). She clearly was turned off....and me, too. The dubbing is just terrible (and in German, too)-just do not dub it. please. For me, Woodman is overrated, all scenes end with a facial, the beginning is some sucking and in between mostly anal-now that is really something different....

Yeah, the dubbing was really poor, but that's the case as it stands . . . In Private X-girls there was no dubbing and the accents were horrible . . . it's a double edged sword.

As to the sex, it's pretty much Woodman style - you've got some orgies, dps, but I know what you mean . . . you have to watch more of his movies to get a sense of his style.

I recommend watching Cape Town 1 and 2. That is the best Woodman DVD ever.

I agree about dubbing - it's a joke. There is a contingent who insist on
forcing European talent to do things they just cannot do.... speak English and then also dub into a ridiculous voice over. why can't they just leave it alone? - there's nothing worse than bad acting to put you off.
Either way, have great acting or none at all and get on with the 'task at hand' I say!
However..I checked out the other new release from Ninn Worx stable - KINKY COCK-TALES from the new UK label and they have got a good angle worked out, they use good European talent and still get a story across with clever editing and great voice over. The performers don't talk and it's still quality on screen, plus the sex is really great and a bit more creative too.
I read Kobiata's review of that one and wasn't disappointed when I got it.
