European porn?

I usually watch American stuffs, but my friend just asked me if I know some good European porn.

The only brand of European adult movies I know is Private, but it seems their picture quality are not as good as the ones produced by the top American studios.

So I am wondering if there are really good European porn?

Do some American studios produce adult movies/videos that feature mainly European girls?

What are some brands / labels / series that I can look at?

Welcome to the forums! In answer to your questions:
Some of the Private movies are crystal clear with very high end production values, they are so large and employ so many directors that their quality control in this regard waivers a bit though. Otherwise, there are a LOT of European companies shooting porn, some of which isn't directly sold over here in the USA unless you import it.

As far as American companies that produce or distribute titles with European ladies you might like; try Evil Angel, some of the Jules Jordan flicks, or even a few of the Bang Brothers lines (the ones directed by Robert Rosenberg). There are many more that others can chime in about too.

To give you better information though, what are you looking for in terms of "good" porn?

Evil Angel label has several 'euro' series directed by Christophe Clark. I have seen several titles from the Euro Angels series and Euro Angels Hardball series. I guess these qualify as European porn, though most players are "speaking" English (sometimes severely mangled English). The sets, outfits, locales, etc. indicate they were shot in Europe. The girls all seem generally to have a "Been there, done that" attitude when it comes to their sex scene performances, no matter how extreme or weird the sex. Depending on the viewer's tastes, this can be very hot or very boring. I might add that the extras on Euro Angels 13 (and probably others as well) contain the most informative cast info I have seen anywhere, and a well-executed fetish menu with enough sub-categories to satisfy even the pickiest viewer. Yeah, it depends on what you mean by "good" porn, as Houstondon sez. BTW, some use the phrase "European porn" as shorthand for over-the-edge and borderline subject matter which is all but taboo in USA and some other marketplaces.

- condomless vaginal sex
- oral sex with eye contact

Bad:

I like some fetishes (e.g. bondage, extreme positions), but somehow anal sex/double penetration just doesn't interest me. However, I can always skip the anal parts if it's just one or two scenes.

Hey guys just jumping on here too.

I've been blowing my load to Private movies for over a decade now. They have some really great stuff and I generally like eurogirls more than americans. But Evil Angel puts out some good stuff too and Bang Bros have load blow potentiality. But I always go back to private. Check out Woodman movies and especially Lecastel's movies.

Marc Dorcel is the only European company I really like, mainly because they feature plenty of scenes with some very good looking women ... much better than Private titles which I find very formulaic.

Don't know about the availability of titles in the U.S. - check out their website.

Anal / DP seems pretty standard fare in Euro films, and most of the Marc Dorcel ones use condoms.

Try Yasmine Behind Bars - set in a female prison (but with male guards - it is porn after all), 11 sex scenes, nice "mood", some great looking women IMO.

One notable thing about Euro porn is that almost from the start in the 70s they were less concerned about inserting stories into their films than in US porn, probably because they had less to fear in terms of prosecution for 'obscenity' I would guess.

So fans of more sex/less story would probably find old Euro porn more accessible than US, plus many of the Euro porn features had incredibly beautiful women.

With this in mind, I would suggest any film starring Brigitte Lahaie or Marilyn Jess, or Lasse Braun's films Body Love or Sensations.
