This is a response to Porn Parodies

I was reading 'Porn Parodies' on Ravyn's Blog, and... wanted to mention that hustler did a parody of Addams family with Ron Jeremy called Maddams Family. Hollywood video back in the vhs days did two parodies one of the courtroom called seven good women and Sexed an early parody of Bewitched.

I'm surprised no one has been sued. But someone told me that because of the state of Hollywood and their DVD sales and rentals, this is needed publicity for those Hollywood companies.

The courts have long upheld parody as protected speech, Larry Flynt even contributing to the cause years ago (all the way to SCOTUS), so the biggest threat to studios making these parodies is how many of them do a shitty job (ie: themselves).
