I am very excited and honored to be moderator of this great forum for XCritic. For the past 30 years and still today, I have focused countless hours and energy with newcomers as they entered the business. I have seen many great ones from their very first scenes grow into “Adult Stardom”. But, In the same time I have also seen many fall to the wayside because word never got out or there wasn't a place for them to help introduce themselves.

Here, is a place that we welcome all to share many of today's newcomers and I look forward to the having them join us here with their fans and other industry people.

This forum is open to all. Fans, Industry Friends, Directors, Producers, Reviewers, Agencies and especially the newcomers themselves. Come introduce yourself to the many people who come to XCritic’s site each day.

I have decided to refresh the forum back to zero so we can get new and updated information posted. So join us in getting it restarted.

If you want to post about a newcomer, I encourage you to tells us a little about her and why you think she is strong. You don't have to, but it will help add to the forum.

If you are a newcomer and post, tell us about yourself and share a few pictures with the readers.

A few guidelines and rules to help us along:
* I wanna focus on newcomers who have been in the industry for less than a year.
* Links to reviews and newcomers main sites are welcome.
* Pictures are welcome in your post, nude are fine (OK, Great!), but please no pictures showing any insertions and please, don’t overkill the number of pictures you post.
* Picture size. So we don’t have pictures eating up all the space from their size and devouring the forum. Please try to resize your pictures to approximately - Horizontal ones to 425x250 or less and vertical pictures to 260x375 or less.
