Extra's: For many of you, the best extra will be the admittedly good scene between Katie Morgan and Eric Masterson taken from Naked Illusion. Personally, I like new extras that are geared towards the release in hand so I enjoyed the 20:14 minute long Behind the Scene feature by talented Mark Stone more but I prefer unique extras in my movies more than most so your mileage may vary accordingly (especially if you already have the movie in question). There was more sex, nudity, and short interviews as Mark meandered around the sets of the flick, talking with cast and crew, spending some time getting the inside scoop from director Michael. There were also the usual photogalleries (5), and 3 Star Stats, the 2007 Promotional Reel, spam, DVD Catalog of Wicked Pictures titles, the usual DVD ROM material, and trailers to movies like The Visitors, Gossip, Eternity, Camp Cuddly Pines, Hook Ups, Curse Eternal, (but none for Mobsters, Manhunters, or other new titles; curious...). There was also a cardboard protective sleeve on the DVD case and a double sided cover for those who care.

Audio/Video Quality: Perfect Match was presented in anamorphic widescreen color with an approximate aspect ratio of 1.85:1 as originally shot by director Michael Raven for Wicked Pictures. Michael used various lighting effects to achieve his artistic vision but this being a low budget, light hearted comedy, he really was overkill (especially with Francois working the camera). The colors were accurate, the grain was less than usual, and the composition of the shots tended to be quite favorable to the cast. There were no compression artifacts or video noise that I saw and the visuals seemed just fine overall. The audio was presented with a choice of either a 5.1 Dolby Digital Surround English (at twice the usual bitrate for a porn, coming in at 384 Kbps), a 2.0 DD German track or a 2.0 DD Spanish track (the dubbed tracks were considerably worse than those for the anime I review in case you're wondering). I listened to the English track and while I didn't hear any appreciable separation on the audio, it was nicely put together otherwise. Still, as limited the audio was in this low budget feature, it was handled pretty well overall.
Body of Review: Michael Raven is one of the most stylish directors working for Wicked Pictures these days. His award winning features as well as his fluff pieces often show a sense of something different from many of his peers, though they are not typically geared to hardcore raincoaters or guys like me that watch a lot of porn. His latest comedy feature is Perfect Match; a look at the life and times of the dating world in modern day USA. While a small budget flick, it gives more than a passing nod to some of the prevalent types you'll meet at bars and the encounters you may well find yourself in. With some very interesting dialogue by screenwriter Jennifer Allison (five points to the first person that relates who she is; not a trick question), the movie did not appear to be overly ambitious, making it a light hearted romantic comedy that you could share with someone else and not be totally embarrassed. That said, here's a quick look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that condoms were used in every scene:
Scene One: Hillary Scott, the lean anal queen with blonde hair and a killer sex drive, was up first playing a barfly that cuddly Eric Masterson enjoyed in the bathroom. She was the sexual aggressor this time and demanded he fuck her face in the large stall after she spit on his cock; rubbing it on her titties to elevate the heat of the moment. He complied with her wishes and was plowing her face before she eventually bent over to let rover have a bone. The standing vaginal work was decent but she was more active when seated on his rod, resulting in mouth pop to finish things up. There was some chemistry but her passion for cock was what drove the moment.
Scene Two: Katie Morgan, the hotty featured on the front cover, was up next as she took the mighty Evan Stone home for a bit of sexual fun. He was a cowboy (in his usual over the top style too) and she was the sexually willing filly he was intending to mount; both doing a fine job of warming each other up orally. Her knob slobbing skills have long been appreciated by me and I freely admit that I adore her pretty (though intelligent) little head a lot. The darkened bedroom looked very clean as the couple went at it, doing some pounding vaginal action after the short titty fuck. The pornified music was a bit cheesier than usual (owing to the lightened theme, it was appropriate though) and I liked how well they worked with one another as both actively participated. They did more positions and the scene lasted longer than the bathroom stall quickie from the previous scene, Evan busting a nut of population pudding on her sweet little ass to finish the sex of the scene up (leading into some funny dialogue).
Scene Three: Andreza Valentino, a well built cutie with long hair and a high pitched voice, was up next as she went to the bedroom of Barrett Blade. As cute as she was, she portrayed a clinging gal that wanted him to "make love" to her, getting visibly upset when he used porn terms to describe what was happening. It added to the fun and he spent a lot of time eating her out, leading to a fair hummer by the gal before the vaginal screwing. She actively rode him in a slow, sultry style that enhanced her appeal, though she was shown a bit too realistically in terms of her character if you know what I mean. She showed a lot of potential here and the story portions of the scene were hilarious ("Mr. Wiggles"!!!) before AND after the facial.
Scene Four: Monica Mayhem, the redheaded Australian in porn for years now, was up next on a moderately well lit couch with meat puppet Derrick Pierce. There was no build up as with the other scenes and the lack of tease kind of threw me off my game a bit, displeasing my own Mr. Wiggles (sorry, a personal indulgence at the lines from the previous scene) in the process. Derrick ate her out with mechanical precision and her own blowjob showed her experience with a meat pipe quite well. The vaginal sex showed her to be far less active than she used to be with the limited positions and belly pop shot serving to punctuate the meaningless sex the two shared.
Scene Five: Katie Morgan, playing her warm and bubbly self, was up last as she finally met her online pal in the form of sensitive Eric Masterson at a local restaurant. Rather than show the two jumping into bed, the movie used the message that jumping in bed right away would always lead to a failed romance; eventually leading to the two making out on the couch while watching a game show on TV. They got hot and heavy with the petting, the oral looking more fulfilling than it had in most of the previous scenes but not lacking in terms of passion either. The vaginal screwing followed a similar path as the couple aggressively worked each other over; not getting into circus act sex but showing a lot of heat nonetheless. He rubbed out his load on her hip and side, the couple kissing to finish things up.
Bonus Scene: Naked Illusion: Katie Morgan, a curvy cutie with flowing blonde hair and a kicking body, was up first as she cheated on her husband with his agent, Eric Masterson in the dressing room. Her form fitting dress enhanced her curves nicely and they macked out on the red couch before he went down on her during the applause of the show. He teased her and she admittedly overacted a bit but the intent was clear and the energy real enough between them. When her turn came up to blow him, she diddled herself as she slobbed his knob, warming up for a few positions of vaginal sex that she actively participated in. The pop came too soon (don't they always; real life and porn both?) onto her lower abdomen but it was a decidedly larger than average pop with the pair sharing some chemistry together.
Summary: Perfect Match by director Michael Raven for Wicked Pictures earned a rating of Recommended from me for the sexual encounters, the cute but short dialogue, and the replay value combined with strokability. It doesn't set out to be the latest gonzo flick and the couples friendly nature of the show made it perfect for those not wanting to sit through a whole movie as they warmed each other up on the couch or bed. In short, Perfect Match might just be the perfect match for those of you looking for a couples flick that doesn't totally suck like most such titles seem to do these days; making it a rarity thanks in large part to the appeal of Katie Morgan (who would make the perfect contract gal for the company).
