The material is cyberskin. It doesn't specific whether or not it's phthalates free and the scent definitely concerns me. I'd err on the side of caution and just assume it has phthalates, this is a major problem for me but I move on, determined to review it. It comes with two simple one speed waterproof bullets. The bullets don't really have much power and run on watch batteries. The material also doesn't carry the vibration well which leaves the bullets vibrating the top of the base of my partner's penis and behind his testicles- neither sensation he really enjoyed a lot.
