Good Head is a very viscous water based lubricant designed to make fellatio easier. It doesn't contain any numbing agents, so it is safe to use. And because it is water based it's entirely safe to use with condoms. Head wouldn't be quite so great without safer sex practices. ;) The mint flavor is pleasant, though a bit artificial. Using any lubricant during a blow job will make it easier and Good Head does a decent job of coating my throat. This item is one of the first "adult products" I ever tried, well over a year ago. And it's safe to say I've learned a lot about lubricants, whether they be for sex, fellatio, or cunnilingus. A year ago I would have hardily recommended this. Now, not so much, but it's still a decent product.

There are many other lubricants on the market though that have a better flavor, better consistency, and can double as a penetrative lubricant. I'm saying recommended if nothing else is available.
