Evolved is batting .500 with my wife and me. We previously tested the waterproof Serenity model, and had a very favorable response. Sadly, the same could not be said for the Lust model.
Sporting a similar tin case like the others from this company, the waterproof Lust vibe certainly looked like it would be as much fun as the Serenity - if not even more so. But looks can be deceiving, as we would soon find out. Upon opening up the vibe, we found that it was not flexible at all. Instead, it was made out of a rigid plastic that looked uncomfortable. But, being the trooper that she is, my wife still agreed to try it out with the hopes that she would be in for a surprise.
Apart from the base, the pink vibe measures a little over 6 inches in length, and about 4 inches in diameter, and features 13 "rings" (not including the tip). Powered by 2 AA batteries (not included), the device works in three speeds - slow, medium, and fast.
This time, my wife and I decided to start with a bedroom test. After working it over her clit - which she said felt "fine" we lubed it up and she slowly began sliding it inside of her. While she said there was some positive sensation being created, she felt that rigid plastic kept it from really hitting the spot. Perhaps if it had been made of a softer plastic, or - better yet - from the same material as the Serenity, she would have had a better time with it. Still, she gave it her all, but was never able to achieve orgasm through use of this product. In addition, the vibrating egg inside seemed to create more noise than the Serenity - again, possibly because of the hard plastic material.
She moved from the bedroom to the shower, to give the Lust another try (and to validate the waterproof claim). The device worked fine in the shower, but still did little to satisfy her. In the end, we ended up going back to the Serenity to finish her off.
Though it seems like we are beating a dead horse here, we really believe that the results of the tests (and our overall impressions) would have been much better had the toy been made out of a more flexible material. That said - the vide was just a little too noisy for our tastes, and didn't give enough pleasure to make it a toy we would likely come back to in future bedroom exploits. Sadly, this one should be SKIPPED.
