By now, many toy lovers have heard of the Evolved Novelties line, their price being on the low end and their cases exactly the kind of marketing tool that brick & mortar sellers find so helpful. While a few of my socially conscious friends complain about them being made in China (where a great many other companies employ the masses), even they seem silent when it comes to substantive complaints regarding how these suckers feel when used properly. Let's face it, competition in the sex toy business is pretty stiff (pun intended) and while my toy testing female friends all prefer a real life cock over a toy simulating one, when used judiciously they can enhance your sex life considerably better than the latest designer erection drugs.
Today's reviews of their latest devices have all revealed some quirks but some selling points worth noting as well. One case in point would be the Waterproof Marvel from the new Slenders line up. This branch of the increasingly extensive catalog is for those ladies (and presumably men) that aren't size queens in need of the largest toys to stretch them out, a sort of "right sizing" for the majority of folks that enjoy good vibrations but not having torn vaginal lining or rectal bleeding.

The version I received was the purple one, the slight curves allowing for one of the vibrating bullets to stimulate the clitoris while the other was nestled deep inside Nadine's pussy. I thought placing the primary bullet by the tip of the shaft made a lot of sense on several accounts, not least of which is that way it directs the power where it needs to go for many ladies, the second one by the short stub helping work it too.
The 2 AAA batteries did not last as long as I had hoped for, a sign of a moderately strong vibrator, and the placement of the on switch at the bottom of the toy (with three speeds) was decent though in the throes of ecstasy it was a minor issue for us. The flexible shaft was made of "hygienic, medical-grade TPR" and it was quiet for the level of vibrations it provided, the later water testing showing it could hold its own against invasive water trying to corrode the inner mechanisms.
Nadine really liked this one a lot, the flexibility allowing it to conform not only to vaginal invasions but some anal play too, her suggestion being for a third round where I was the loving receipient downplayed for the time being (note to self: sleep on my back for awhile when Nadine comes over). The back of the cool metal case described it like this:
• 3 stimulating speeds • Easy push-button controls • Phthalate-free and body-safe • Satin-Smooth coated controls • Hygienic medical-grade TPR • Shower & bath-friendly • Jelly like material flexes and conforms • Ultra-powerful motor soothes and seduces • Maximum intensity with minimum noise
Nadine got off easily with the Marvel and it had such versitility that I was told to rate it as Highly Recommended, the price point low enough that many more women will be able to pleasure themselves with it than some of the fancy toys reviewers on other websites seem to flock to (I've noticed a distinctive trend toward praising expensive toys with marginal selling points over bread & butter toys that real people can afford in recent years). It won't appeal as readily to size queens (as I said earlier, it is part of the company "slender" line made for those not devoted to size) but the buzz about this one is that it does the job just fine and lives up to the company reputation for providing a solid line of pleasing toys.
