I have a love/hate relationship with Evolved toys. I own some that I love, but then I've had some where I went through 3 vibrators and they all short circuited within 2 minutes of use. When XCritic offered me a chance to review another Rabbit-Style vibrator from Evolved, I accepted because I had absolutely loved the Lunar Rabbit. I knew the Flutter didn't have as many bells and whistles as the Lunar Rabbit but it did have one thing that appealed to me- it is part of the slenders line. Now that isn't saying much in my opinion because it's still rather girthy, but I was hoping it'd make a great bath time vibrator.

It comes in the standard Evolved case- this one has a tin bottom with a snap on hard plastic top. I do wish the containers were more subtle though because they'd make great storage. However, it's quite obvious what's inside so you can't really leave them lying out. The toy itself measures 8" in total length with 5" being insertable. The circumference on this is 4.25", small, but not so small where I'd market this as a slender vibrator. The material is TPR which is phthalates free, but cannot be shared. To clean this vibrator simply wash it with toy cleaner and water. As far as the claim that it is waterproof, it has survived 2 trips into my jacuzzi with no adverse effects.
I popped in the 2- AAA batteries (not included) and pressed the slightly awkwardly placed button the base of this toy. The low level would do nothing for me, so I clicked again. 2 & 3 are noticably stronger but still didn't seem strong enough. I grabbed the rabbit, my silicone lubricant, and headed to the bathtub. I relaxed and slowly inserted the toy.
The clitoral stimulator just barely reaches my clit- meaning I had to keep this firmly pressed inside and couldn't enjoy any thrusting motion if I wanted to keep clitoral stimulation going. The wings on the butterfly felt good stimulating my vulva. I pressed the button, even harder to reach at this angle, and went to the highest setting. It felt good, but not good enough to get me off. With a twisting motion I was able to bring myself to orgasm, but with my rabbit vibrators I simply require more strength than the Flutter could provide.
Overall the Flutter from Evolved is a well made rabbit style vibrator that is simply lacking in it's strength. The fact that its waterproof and made from TPR means adding some silicone lubricant can make for great bath time fun. The clitoral stimulator is a tad short for my liking, but still reaches well enough. For a beginner who is looking for a good starter rabbit vibe, this may be a complete homerun. For that reason I am saying Recommended.
