For those that enjoy prostate/anal stimulation in their sexual escapades, the Nexus Titus is just about the perfect addition to your fun.

Measuring in at just under 5 inches in length, and having a shaft circumference of 1 1/4 inches, the Titus is just the right length to hit the spot. The Titus also features a ribbed shaft and pebble-shaped head - but that isn't the only thing. The Titus also features a rotating steel ball - providing a rolling pressure to the perineum. This ball was my main concern, as I worried that any body hair would easily become caught. Thankfully, this never happened.
