Extras: The best extra was a bonus scene from House of Ass 11 between Aubrey Addams and Tom Byron lasting only 11:44 minutes (a shortened version of the scene if I recall correctly). There was also a 29:22 minute long set of interviews and photoshoot footage, adding some value to the show but not all the cast getting equal treatment (Misty getting a lengthy interview, Jynx not). There was also a set of trailers, a photogallery, and some spam (as well as a slipcase for the DVD cover).
Audio/Video Quality: House of Ass 14 was presented in a 1.78:1 anamorphic widescreen offering as shot by director Tom Byron for Tom Byron Pictures in the MPEG-2 codec (like most standard definition titles are, using a 480 resolution). The camera work mixed it up this time with a bit of tease footage taken inside the house, including some quality time of the ladies teasing with their bountiful booties. The video maintained a bitrate of mid 4.1 Mbps most of the time, reducing the obvious compression artifacts to almost none and each scene provided solid flesh tones that appeared to be accurate as Craig and Tom worked the cameras. The composition and lighting appeared to favor the female cast as expected, efforts to edit the material for a more polished look working out nicely. The editing by Tom was generally decent, showing the same level of skill as the last time I checked out one of his movies for review, albeit I wished some additional tease footage was left in the scenes or provided in the extras section of the DVD. The audio was presented in a 2.0 Dolby Digital English offering at 192 Kbps with a 48 kHz sampling rate. There was no noticeable separation between the tracks and the dynamic range was limited but I could hear the ladies and the music was not a factor so I would say it was aurally average in most respects.

Body of Review: Tom Byron and Tom Byron Pictures have long provided the porn world with a variety of fetish titles fans have appreciated but their more mainstream titles have been well received too. The latest of these is called House of Ass 14, a set of five scenes where the ladies all attempt to impress with their curvy asses before engaging in various forms of sexual conduct. The one thing to remember that unlike some of Tom’s anal series, this one relies more on the tease factor of the female asses involved, not the penetration of them by the males cast to work with them. Here’s a brief look at the scenes by cast and action, noting that no condoms were used for those still interested:
Scene One: Jynx Maze, the sexy young brunette featured on the front cover, was up first with Tom Byron on the couch. The sex was usually active and had some chemistry to the point that the movie earned a rating of Recommended from me, typically leaving me wanting more but enough to satisfy those primal urges we all have. In short, House of Ass 14 had the kind of shapely asses I have long appreciated in porn, even though they did not do anal as some fans might expect. Jynx Maze and Ashli Orion continued to impress me and Misty Stone is forever a sweetheart with a look to her that generates interest, the others in the cast certainly fit enough to appeal to the masses given their sexual skills. Admittedly, I would have appreciated more tease than the opening interviews for each scene but that can be found elsewhere for fellow aficionados and not always appreciated by the masses.
