Audio/Video Quality: Glenn King’s Maneaters was presented in 1.78:1 anamorphic widescreen as shot by director Glenn King for distribution by Evil Angel. The camera angles tended to favor the female domination theme and most of the gals were looking their very best. The overall look of the scenes showed better lighting and technical values, a company watermark displayed on the lower right hand corner. This latest spinoff title from the “Femdom Ass Worship” series I enjoy so often was a nice change of pace thematically, the subtle differences apparent at times. Unlike Glenn’s tightly scripted and controlled series, this one allowed the performers to let loose a lot more, the resulting dynamic working better for me, a guy that likes variety in his porn, rather than just the narrow vision of Femdom releases to date. The audio was presented in Dolby Digital 2.0 stereo English but it varied in terms of clarity much like the video aspects of the production; the closer the camera was to the cast, the better the technical aspects were. There was no separation and the dynamic range was decidedly limited, the hollow nature of the vocals obvious from the beginning to end.
Body of Review: Glenn King is a fetish director releasing femdom movies via Evil Angel. His latest title making it to me is the upcoming Glenn King’s Maneaters, a set of four scenes starring a cast of attractive ladies taking charge to get what they want, the scenarios less structured than the usual “FAW” or “FST” series that Glenn is in charge of. The women are still wild and needing sexual relief but they engage in more traditional forms of fucking and sucking even if they are demanding bitches on the prowl. The female cast was nicely diversified here with Bonnie Rotten, Cindy Starfall, Sarah Jessie, and Janea Jolie on hand to inspire fans interested in spank bank material. Having discussed some of the attributes of what makes the genre work and where it might head in the future with the director, I can safely say that this movie enhanced the experience for me so I was happy to get an early copy for review.

Summary: Glenn King’s Maneaters by director Glenn King for Evil Angel was a major upgrade so I rated it as Highly Recommended depending on your tastes in female domination. The sexual dynamics of ladies taking charge but having full fledged sex instead of just bitching as some mope licked them made it much more interesting to me as spank bank filler, the opening volume of what I hope becomes a long running series ditching the scripts in favor of passionate trysts with popular ladies. The mixture of ladies for this inaugural outing was splendid too, Bonnie Rotten leading the pack in my estimation while Xcritic blogger Cindy Starfall provided more seriously sexual heat than usual, Sarah Jessie offering one of her strongest scenes in a long time, while Janea Jolie added some much needed spice to diversify the project. In short then, Glenn King’s Maneaters may not appeal to everyone out there but it should broaden the audience a great deal given the inclusion of sex as the ladies took charge to get what they wanted, the scenes not relying on as strict a formula making it work better so check it out. On a related note, this title sets the bar quite high for other titles in the femdom genre this year, making it a clear frontrunner for certain awards, the technical values alone blowing away 95% of the competition before the thematic additions are considered.
