Extra's: This disc has one of the best chapter index I've seen in a DVD. Each chapter is identified by the star of the scene, and a picture of them! I was very impressed. Unfortunately, the only extra on the disc is a generic photo gallery.

Audio/Video Quality: The picture was presented in 1.33:1 ratio full frame. The lighting was on the dark side, the colors were a bit too red, and the clarity was just average. The 2-channel stereo audio was just average, nothing really noteworthy to report there.
The Movie: The box cover threw me off on this one.. Intentional or not, the cover looks very similar to that of a Vivid compilation disc. So right away, I'm thinking I'm in for 3+ hours of crazy blowjobs, from the hottest stars in the industry. That sure wasn't the case with this disc! After watching the movie in it's entirety, I walked away pretty unimpressed. While they have a pretty decent cast of women, there's just not enough action to make it interesting. 11 scenes in all (9 MF scenes, 1 MFF scene, and 1 MMF scene), coming in at just under 80 minutes. It may sound like alot of scenes, but realize that there's no sex in any of these scenes, just some mild foreplay, a blowjob, and then a facial. Some of the blowjobs were pretty nice, but without any sex, it just felt like there was a big void that needed to be filled.
Final Thoughts: Even if you're a huge blowjob fanatic (like myself), don't waste your time on this disc. There are tons of other discs out there that offer more bang for the buck. Bad cinematography, short on content, and just an average cast of stars, Yuma's not offering anything revolutionary on this disc.
