Cast: Celeste, Bobby Vitale, Mark Davis, Nikki Tyler, Steven St. Croix, Rocco Siffredi, Woody Long, Ariana, Asia Carrera, Tammi Ann
Length: 114.5 minutes
Date of Production: 1/2003 (compilation only as the scenes were filmed in the mid 1990's)
Extra's: 19 minute long Behind the Scenes for Hansel & Gretel (which has no relation to Celeste), three unrelated bonus scenes, photogallery, spam, double sided DVD cover, trailers
Audio/Video Quality: The picture was presented in 1.33:1 ratio full frame color with stereo English audio (it registered as a 5.1 track on my receiver but there wasn't any separation between the channels). It sounded a bit hollow at times with the music set a bit high but otherwise the audio wasn't much of a problem. The picture was actually pretty weak and the dvd transfer was not the best (thankfully Vivid has been working on improving this type of issue in more recent releases). The picture was often faded or grainy with video noise problems throughout. Considering the age of most of the scenes, it's easy to understand why it looks this way but fans of Celeste will have to be happy that they can get a compilation rather than ten separate movies to buy these scenes.

Body of Review: Back in the mid 1990's, Vivid employed a contract star that became known as Celeste. The gal looked a bit like Christy Canyon with darker hair and she had large implants in order to get those of us enamored with large breasts off. Her scenes were all oral and straight (that I can remember) with condoms a reality in some of them but there were times when she really seemed to get off while making the scenes. Over the years, Vivid has cashed in on the popularity of this 37DD gal with a number of compilations and this review concerns one that came out earlier in the year, Eye Spy: Celeste. The premise behind the Eye Spy series is that each scene has an element of voyeurism to it (people were watching the couples as they had sex) and I think each of the scenes here followed that concept. If you were/are a fan of the former porn star (she married former director Paul Norman and started a family years ago), here's a breakdown of the scenes by movie, director, cast and setting:
Scene One: Bad Girls #6: D-Paul Norman: Celeste and Bobby had a scene on the porch of a wooden house. It started off with her giving him a fairly decent blowjob for a while and him returning the favor by going down on him. They screwed in a few positions and he popped off on her implants.
Scene Two: Bedlam: D-Paul Norman: Celeste and Mark had a scene on a bed in a furniture store. Being a gentleman, he went down on her first and then she returned the favor. She gave good eye contact this time, whereas she had sunglasses on in the previous scene, and that made it a better scene in terms of heat. She sat on his lap, riding her way to pleasure before he spun her around and did her doggie style. It wasn't a bad scene, however limited it may have been.
Scene Three: Bedlam: D-Paul Norman: Celeste and Nikki had a lesbian scene on a balcony at night. The sex consisted mostly of licking and rubbing until Celeste used a strap-on dildo. It was too dark to fully enjoy but they seemed to have fun (with some dirty talk for those who enjoy it).
Scene Four: Borderline: D-Paul Thomas: Celeste and Steven had a scene on a bed while their maid watched. It had the basic elements, oral and straight, and seemed to be made for couples since it wasn't very explicit. I liked it even though it was almost something you'd see on late night cable.
Scene Five: Exposure: D-Toni English: Celeste and Rocco had a couples scene by a fireplace. While there was a bit of oral sex taking place, most of the scene had him impaling her on his rather large penis. She seemed to like the action although he wasn't into the rough stuff on camera like he is now. It wasn't bad.
Scene Six: Nylon: D-Nick Orleans: Celeste and Rocco had another scene, this time in a small apartment, after they wasted half the running length talking with one another. If I wanted to see talking, I'd go pick up some hussy at a local bar and do it myself (just kidding). They did the usual oral and straight before he blew his load on her face.
Scene Seven: Poison: D-Scotty Fox: Celeste and her former boyfriend Woody (he got her into the business) had a scene at night in a closed bar. It covered the basics but didn't seem like much fun for anyone involved. I seem to recall the two doing much better elsewhere.
Scene Eight: Reckless Passion: D-Toni English: Celeste and Ariana had a short lesbian scene on a couch. I think they worked well together but the technical limitations weakened the obvious heat. They were slightly playful towards one another and I wonder how well the scene would've looked if shot today.
Scene Nine: Trouble Maker: D-Paul Thomas: Celeste, Asia and Tammi had a lesbian threesome on a staircase from an alley. It was short, used mostly oral and rubbing (with a bit of spanking and dirty talk), and finished with some toy play. I actually liked it better this time then when I saw it a few years ago.
Scene Ten: Trouble Maker: D-Paul Thomas: Celeste, Rocco, and Mark had a scene at night on a bed while Asia and Eric Price watched them. Celeste employed her dirty talk manner but the scene was just too short to realize each of their talents. For those who haven't read the rest of the review, the scene was oral and straight only, just like the other scenes.
Summary: I thought the DVD was worth a rating of Rent It although fans of the performer will enjoy this one as much as any other compilation dedicated to her from the folks at Vivid Interactive. The lighting and camera work were not the best and most of the scenes seemed far too short to fully enjoy but I admit she had enough of a spark that to dismiss her from memory wouldn't be fair either.
