Extra's: The best extra was the 18.5 minute long Behind the Scenes feature. It had most of the cast posing for pictures, playing around, and otherwise goofing off. Sadly, it was in French, which means that most fans will be unable to enjoy whatever was said. The other extras included the cum shot recap, a photogallery, and a double-sided DVD cover.

Audio/Video Quality: The picture was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color, as most porn is shot these days. The picture was not up to the usual high standards of Red Light District, suffering from lighting issues, grain, video noise, pattern noise, and a host of related problems that the company is not usually known for. I think the problems arose from the nature of the beast here, as this was one of those movies that was made by Manuel's new company, to be distributed by Red Light. Hopefully, more care will be taken in the future with the technical matters. The audio was presented in the usual 2.0 stereo English, although French was spoken during the entire BTS feature, and it varied a bunch too. Most of the time it wasn't bad but it wasn't great either.

Body of Review: As some of the gonzo companies grow, they are forming various alliances and distribution networks that allow them to do more for the consumer. One such company is Red Light District, with a plan to allow for various performers to release titles made by their own production companies and fall under the RLD distribution network established over the last few years. One of the latest releases under this arrangement is French Connexxxion, a movie made by porn stud Manuel Ferrara, that followed the time tested gonzo formula of having attractive women in front of the camera with solid sex scenes. Some of the gals here were great looking and others looked like they were picked off the streets of a French red light district (pun intended) and their sexual talents varied a lot too. If you like gonzo and want to see women that haven't been in dozens of domestically released movies, read the following breakdown of scenes by cast and action:

Scene One: Melissa, a cute blonde gal with a sweet looking ass, gave a short interview before getting busy with Manuel on a love seat. He started off the action by going down on her, licking her pussy and ass a bit, before she gave him a blowjob. Her breathing told me that she really got into it and after he spanked her a few times, he started boning her from behind. Scene Four: Axelle, a lean but curvy brunette, showed Manuel her assets as she danced to some music in a sitting room. Like the others, she was all-natural too and he liked this aspect of her almost as much as her willingness to do anything he asked of her for money. Summary: I liked several of the scenes enough to rate this one as Recommended but this might be a bit generous too. Some scenes showed gals with lots of talent enjoying themselves and other scenes showed women willing to put up with sex for money. Depending on what you like in a porno, you'll want to adjust your rating accordingly but keep in mind that the technical matters weren't great either, something I hope Mr. Ferrara works on in future projects.
