Extra's: The extras were light this time with a photogallery, three trailers, and a very minimal cast section that gave each gal a single line with a picture attached. I long for the VCA extras of yesteryear, before Hustler bought the company out.

Audio/Video Quality: The picture was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color, as expected and originally shot. The grain and video noise were not a major factor but the lighting wasn't optimal either. I didn't think the camera angles were great but I got the feeling the whole show was a quickie designed to fill a contractual obligation more than a regular VCA movie since none of the trimmings were here. The audio was presented in the typical stereo English but the vocals weren't mixed all that well, the music was lame, and it contributed to my belief that Fred Lincoln "owed" VCA a movie by a particular deadline since he usually makes better movies.

Body of Review: Fred Lincoln and VCA have long been associated with one another. Together, the team has produced a fair amount of decent couples porn that has shown more than a little care and art. This is not always the case when Fred makes a movie, although I suspect it has more to do with his budget and amount of time allowed, and one such weaker movie would be Girl Next Door Episode 1. The movie is a series of five vignettes that have Fallon Summers, not Kelly Kline as the cover would lead us to believe, as the star. Personally, I like both gals but Fallon is definitely in the hotty category whereas Kelly is yet to be determined with regard to her heat level (I have high hopes for her though) since most of her scenes haven't been all that great. If you're looking for a movie starring the cast at hand, read further before dropping your hard-earned cash:

Scene One: Roxy, a lean Asian gal with a tight body, and Chris, the all American porn stud, had a scene after playing around on a trampoline. Now I'm not one to suggest the imagery of the "tramp"-oline had anything to do with young Roxy, she seems to have a nice body on her shoulders, but when a movie is written by Patti Rhodes, you never know what kind of message is being planted. In any case, they stripped, he went down on her and she gave him a decent blowjob in return for his efforts. Most of her efforts focused on the tip of his cock, and she's done a lot better elsewhere, but she did manage to lick his balls a bit before climbing aboard the old Chris train for a ride. I haven't seen a lot of sex taking place on a trampoline in porn or I would've ordered one for my backyard, but it looked like an energetic way to spend some time with a loved (or lusted) one. It ended in the traditional manner with him jerking off to her face but the load was unimpressive at best.

Scene Two: Kelle, a cute blond with a name that gets spelt differently every time I see it, and the gorgeous Fallon had a lesbian scene together in a small bedroom. The gals actually looked much alike with their all-natural bodies and clear complexions, giving the scene some overtones of incest 9however unstated). The music was weird and distracting but otherwise the scene was okay. I like lesbian action but as much as I like Fallon, only Kelle seemed to get off here and only barely at that. The toy use seemed mechanical and the lighting wasn't great, further weakening the heat for me.

Scene Three: Nina, the only black gal of the movie but a pleasant change of pace, started off by masturbating on her bed. Her dick-sucking lips (DSLs) attracted Evan who soon started trying to warm her up a bit as he kissed and massaged her all over. I didn't like that she was passive in the scene, letting him do all the work, but he did seem to enjoy the darker meat before him. They each did some oral and then she slowly rode his penis as he played with her ass. Sadly, there was no heat between them and neither seemed to give more than a mechanical performance after a few fleeting glimpses of chemistry. He even reserved his pop shot for her chest, a small load too, something that proved to me something was wrong.

Scene Four: Kelly, one of the nicer gals at the 2004 AEE Show and the hotty on the front DVD cover, bathed and then had a scene with her real life significant other, Richard, also a nice guy, beside the bathtub. She blew him with some chemistry and used some of her innate playfulness to get him rock hard. The two kissed passionately and then he went down on her. His oral skill is not up to par with hers and I almost felt like he didn't want to be there at times. They screwed anally in a very slow manner, which wasn't looking good to me and the vaginal screwing seemed easier for both of them. He's not exactly the kind of guy that needs to be on camera (unless he starts working out with Evan, Lee Stone, or any of the other studs with muscles) and I had to give this scene low marks.

Scene Five: Fallon, still one of the hotty blonds in the jizz bizz, and Mick, had a scene where he was videotaping her on an open deck. She stripped and teased him something fierce before he gave into her little ploy, going down on her like she was full of sweet honey. Her oral to him wasn't bad either but not her best work to date, using her hand more than her mouth to get him hard. They screwed vaginally in several positions for a very short amount of time and he blew his wad in her mouth at the end.

Summary: As much as I liked some of the cast, the lack of extras, the weak sex and the generally rushed way the movie appeared to be put together, I have to rate this one as a Skip It. VCA has made some great porn in recent years and I think they still have the potential to do so in the future but this one has to fall on its own merits. For the most part, it lacked anything I could reasonably suggest as worth watching and I wanted to like it.
