Audio/Video Quality: The picture was presented in a couple of different aspect ratios this time with the usual 1.33:1 full frame being the standard and a widescreen 1.78:1 being the alternative. The scenes were generally somewhat weaker than average on technical issues with lighting, grain, and video noise being the biggest problems noticed. I didn't see many compression artifacts but the overall feel for the release that I got in terms of picture quality was it wasn't as good as Private is capable of. The audio was presented in the usual 2.0 Dolby Digital with several languages and subtitles to choose from. I stuck with the English track and a few of the scenes were actually surprisingly good with some decent dynamic range and separation although most were kind of generic.

Body of Review: Those of you who have watched the Private Reality series know that it is a combination of scenes not released elsewhere and Behind the Scenes looks at other movies by the mighty Private Empire. Trying to offer something for everyone has had mixed results but like I noticed in Volume 19 of the series, sometimes the directors get something right. The latest volume in the series is Private Reality 24: Sex Addicts and while it was not the strongest contender for the Private release of the month, I liked it enough to enjoy a few scenes twice. Here's a breakdown of the scenes by title, date of production, director, cast and action:

Scene One: Pinballs: 5/2003: D-Little Al: Elena and Lenny, a couple of attractive European gals, were the prize for Robert after he played a pinball game and got the high score. I didn't like the jumpy editing but the sex wasn't bad as the trio had oral and straight sex together on a pinball machine. There was some pussy to mouth (PTM) action and a little bit of anal with a technical DP but the scene was far too short for what it had to offer. The scene was shot in full frame and technically fair at best.

Scene Two: Dark Red: 5/2003: D-Tom Herold: Lisa, an attractive brunette, wore a red underwear ensemble consisting of panties, bra and stockings as she laid back for Robert to play with. While the droning music was lame, the widescreen nature of the shot and the lean Lisa (a black gal) made it worth watching. Oral, straight, PTM and a facial were the mainstays of the scene. The heat was minimal but fans of Private generally seem more willing to accept the levels of beauty being high so your mileage will vary.

Scene Three: Making Of Tequila Bum Bum: 10/2002: D-Alessandro Del Mar: This was one of the features that Private released under their Tropical header. The backdrop was in a lush island and the BTS feature was the same included on the original movie, lasting 13 minutes long.

Scene Four: Malena Conde: 12/2002: D-Mandala Studio: Malena, a very hot looking blonde with blue eyes and a smile to kill for, took on Ramon and Toni on a couch during a photoshoot. My biggest complaint was that it was so short in length since the anal was almost unnoticeable and the DP lasted but a minute or so.

Scene Five: Kinky Sex Report: 6/2003: D-Xavi Dominguez: Janet, Silvia, and Andrea had a scene that thankfully lasted longer than average here. The two gals took on the male reporter in widescreen with what appeared to be a red filter and the action was pretty hot. There was oral, vaginal and even anal as the gals licked him clean several times (primarily ATM). This was the best scene by far with lots of chemistry, even if the technical stuff kind of sucked (that's a pun only those who've seen it will truly appreciate).

Scene Six: Making Of Desert Foxxx: 11/2002: D-Gazzman: This was the same BTS feature that was on the original DVD, lasting about 13 minutes. It looked better than any of the other scenes on the DVD and hopefully will serve to get the movie a larger audience.

Scene Seven: Summer Ride: 5/2003: D-Marc Lelong: Lucy, yet another hot brunette from Private, had a scene that started out as a bicycle ride in the countryside with her partner. Shot in full frame color, she pulled off the road to get some loving and ended up taking care of both Tristan and JPX. With oral, straight, anal and a DP, the action was pretty good but her skills a bit unpolished. The camera angles were also limited and that limited the heat more than necessary.

Scene Eight: Hidden Place: 6/2003: D-Anita Rinaldi: Ditty, a tall blonde with a great body and long legs, had a scene in a deserted setting with Frank. She was very attractive and while her sexual talents were not all that great here, she was able to take him vaginally and anally after some decent oral. It ended with an ATM blowjob that left me wanting to see more of her.

Summary: I'm going to rate this one as a Rent It since it had some value but it's share of limitations as well. The cast was as attractive as ever but the same quality issues came up that past releases have had and the value factor can't be ignored. Check it out but don't go out of your way.
