Extra's: The extras started off with 8.5 minutes of lost footage. This is pretty cool since extra footage can give a viewer a fresh perspective on the movie although this time, the value was minimal. This was one of those times when the 10 minutes of Behind the Scenes footage was actually better, even though there wasn't a lot of sex taking place, the cast had a lot of fun together. The next extra was a set of interviews that had the cast talking about themselves a bit for 6 minutes total. There was yet another volume of Porn Stars At Home, this time with Felix as the lead. Ms. Vicious showed off her home (what a dive!) and possessions before a little bit of solo action took place. There was also a photogallery and some cast biographies to enjoy.

Audio/Video Quality: The picture was presented in the typical 1.33:1 ratio full frame color, like most porn over the years. Shot in a gonzo meets reality television style, the technical aspects should be weak but the fact was, it looked pretty good. The grain was minimal and the only real problem was how some of the footage was shot at weak angles but I understand that the spontaneity would've suffered if the sex had been more scripted. The audio was presented in stereo English with some variations in the vocals but it seemed more real due to the way it was captured by the home-style equipment.

Body of Review: Fans of lesbian action have long held a warm place in their crotch for a series and it's spin offs released under the banner of Shane's World. A combination of the reality cable show on MTV, The Real World, and twisted mind of sexually active Shane, the variety of series she put out before selling the business and moving on (only to move back again) was well known to fans. Recently, the nice folks at New Sensations picked up the back catalog to the older titles, including Slumber Party 19: Collector's Edition, the subject of this review. While Shane hadn't been the director of the series in years, the show seemed to follow her format closely enough that most consumers wouldn't have noticed if no one mentioned it. Here's a breakdown of the scenes by cast:

Scene One: Ann, a short but hot brunette, and Judy, a blonde gal with a wicked sense of sexual desire, had a scene on a bed where Judy was the dominant partner. Judy fingered her pal as they macked out on a bed, rimming her as she practically stuck her whole hand up her friend's crotch (she left out the thumb for legal reasons. Ann returned the favor, using four fingers and choking her friend, in an effort to get her off a few times as well. The action seemed far more real than most lesbian sequences I've watched over the years, making it a lot of fun to enjoy.

Scene Two: Krystal and Kayla, after frolicking in the pool together, started tasting one another for sexual satisfaction. While they weren't as good at lesbian action as the first couple were, they still had some fun as they tasted one another and used their fingers to get one another off. The afternoon sun made the colors look vibrant and the action looked solid in a visual sense.

Scene Three: Felix, one of the cutest gals in porn even today, had a scene in a bed with Sabrine, a cute Asian gal with a lean figure. Sabrine took the lead this time, jerking her friend off through her panties, and orally following up to ensure maximum effect. She continued for a long time and Felix only got a bit of reciprocation in before the scene ended. I think they liked lesbian action a lot and the scene was very warm.

Scene Four: Dreamy, an average looking gal and Kayla, a girl next door type, had a scene on a bed after Dreamy massaged her friend in a seductive manner. They then kissed and fondled one another before each got a chance to lick and suckle the other's pussy for a while. I liked this scene a lot and wished the massage part kept going on a lot longer. I also wish Samantha Sterling made more than a cameo appearance here too (at the party after this scene).

Scene Five: Calli and Bobbi, a couple of blondes with curvy figures, had the final scene on a couch. Calli appeared to be the lead as she took charge and started out on top but Bobbi didn't let that last forever either. They did use a vibrator and dildo during the scene but like the other scenes, the tongues and fingers were the primary source of pleasure.

Summary: I liked this volume a bit less than Volume 15 but think it's worth a rating of Recommended nonetheless. The gals were cute, the action warm, and the technical values pretty solid so fans of lesbian action that isn't solely about who can stuff the largest toy inside whom. The series as a whole has proven to have a lot of stroke value and those who enjoy solid extras will appreciate this volume too.
