Extra's: All that was included was a photogallery and some trailers. This was pretty weak for a movie lasting just under 90 minutes long.

Audio/Video Quality: The picture was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color that the industry is dedicated to. The lighting was very low in many cases and this caused the levels of grain, video noise, and color over saturation to be very high (not a good thing, I assure you). It had a raw look to it that some of you might like but I can honestly say that I did not so the rating here should be adjusted according to what you like seeing. The audio was presented in stereo English but it was somewhat hollow and while fitting for the visual content, not my favorite style either. Overall, the DVD looked and sounded more like an old fashioned VCD and that didn't help me appreciate it as much as I could have.

Body of Review: Lesbian movies are not as common as they once were. Part of this is due to the nature of the business as it chases increasingly extreme forms of circus act sex and part of it is the natural evolution of porn where a little lesbo action goes a long way for many folks. There has long been a convention in porn that lesbian action has to be tamer than sex with guys but this is starting to change with the growing popularity of women directors in the industry. No longer content with a bit of licking and toys plundering various holes, such directors stretch the envelope of good taste as much as the rectums of the performers on display. In the latest such release, Britney Foster's Nightmare, director Britney Foster provides a somewhat darker version of lesbian sex, providing something for those perverts that hate proper lighting and clear pictures. Here's a quick look at the show, intended more to give you a feel for what took place than my usual style of who did what to whom.

The movie opened up with one of the cast entering a dungeon of sorts that was poorly lit. The idea was a sort of fetish video with lesbian action as the central theme and in this, it succeeded more often than not. The gals were divided into two groups, the dominants and the submissives with each playing their role reasonably well. I was really happy with Aria as the choice of one of the main dominants since she has always had a very high level of energy in her scenes and a drive that compels people to submit. On the submissive side, Alicia proved to be very entertaining as a gal that seemed to love the taste of a dildo covered with her own ass juice. The partners varied as did the specific actions but you can bet that all of the gals either gave or received as much licking as they could stand (and then some of them probably couldn't stand).

The cast was a mixture of all sorts of gals too. From the lean and muscular Aria to the beautiful Britney and Fallon to the hard-edged Katrina (who also gave a standout performance), you could appreciate the variations on what kind of eye candy was available for your pleasure. The gals that were in charge took charge and the gals that followed orders did so with a glee that most men wished they had in their real lives. There was spanking, dildo use, spitting, hair pulling, and all kinds of oral play to enjoy so if you enjoy the rougher stuff, you'll probably enjoy this more than you care to admit.

My own experience with the movie was a bit more mixed than most though. While the gals were attractive and playful, they stuck a bit too firmly to their roles and this limited the permutations of what took place. Further, the technical values of the scenes were deliberately poor in an effort to add style to the content, a dangerous road to take when many, if not most, consumers want to see all the action taking place without worrying about shitty lighting and grain. This is an argument towards the artistic direction though and some of you would likely take one side or the other so I'll leave it to say that you'll either love it or hate it with little apparent middle ground.

Summary: I'm going to agree with the title and say that this was a nightmare in terms of the technical values and I suppose that is why Metro Interactive sat on it for so long. I liked the cast enough to elevate the rating to a Rent It but it could've been so much more. The energy levels and actions were generally pretty solid and other than weak camera work adding to the problem, I think some of you will really enjoy it for all the problems on display.
