Extra's: There were a number of decent extras this time. Sure, there were the usual trailers, languages and subtitles, the standard photogalleries and double-sided DVD cover, and even the normal production notes but aside from cast biographies and all, there was a 7.5 minute long interview with Tony De Sergio, 4.5 minutes of outtakes, 2 minutes of bloopers, and a great 21 minute long Behind the Scenes feature. For a single disc release, this was a solid set of extras that truly complimented the feature.

Audio/Video Quality: The picture was presented in anamorphic widescreen with an aspect ratio of 1.85:1, a pleasant change from the usual full frame color I'm used to seeing. With few problems, the picture looked crisp and clear with no problems worth fussing about. The audio was in 2.0 stereo English and also sounded very good with some dynamic range improvements over past releases and a bit of separation. The music was kept to a minimum and I think this was one of the best Private releases on technical issues that I've ever had the pleasure to watch.

Body of Review: I've watched enough porn in my time to be able to differentiate a flash in the pan from a true talent when it comes to directors and companies. One of the best companies producing porn today is the well-established Private. The company has long been producing movie with a hardcore edge but also features that you'd feel comfortable watching with your significant other. As the market gets more extreme though, some have claimed the company would be unable to keep up with various gonzo producers currently flooding the market. With the help of one of their most talented directors, Gazzman, they have now released a title that has proven they are capable of surpassing their rivals in many ways, Private X-Treme 12: Hot Property. The movie had a slight plot about some realtors selling a mansion but the focal point was definitely the hardcore sex. If you like anal and ATM with DPs and hot gals, you're going to love this one. Here's a breakdown of the scenes by cast:

Scene One: Stacy, the hotty on the front DVD cover, played a rich gal trying to see her mansion. Thankfully, Denis and Tony were ready to help her sell it (and do anything else she wanted). The scene included oral, straight, and anal with a DP as the energetic trio had a great time screwing on a couch. She tasted their cocks after they penetrated her and kept up her vocalizations to get fans hot too. Each guy deposited a load at one end of her (one to the face and the other to her lovely crotch), making this scene a great one to watch (over and over again).

Scene Two: Lea, one of the most attractive blondes in porn, and Jane, an equally attractive gal, had a scene in a courtyard after effeminate George offered them a chance at some action. Both of these gals are in the top group of performers these days and their sexual abilities are well known for providing the kind of heat that makes men smile. They did the usual oral, straight, anal action here (not in that order though) and both gals did some taste testing of his penis as he dipped it in their friend. Fans of gaping action will appreciate this one too since there was some of that going on but the energy levels were very high and the chemistry just as good, making it a winner of a scene.

Scene Three: Lucy Lee and Lucy Love, a couple of cute gals with lean bodies and attractive faces, took care of Tony and Denis in a game room. They paired up and engaged in the usual oral, straight, anal and DP action but they weren't as skilled as the previous gals. That's not to say they weren't worth watching but compared to the last two scenes, this was something more like what I've seen come out of Private of late (relatively generic porn). There was a lot of ATM and the guys each choose a different spot to ejaculate on in this fair scene.

Scene Four: Jane and Angelica, another looker, had a scene with Denis in an atrium area by the mansion. He brought out a vibrator and got some oral with a titty fuck as the gals seemed to compete with each other to milk his nuts. Jane was the better at screwing and Angelica was the oral queen (with ATM a specialty) but the scene was hit or miss with me, perhaps losing something in the editing room. The anal sex was the best here and overall it was pretty good but not the best scene of the movie.

Scene Five: Angel, one of the reigning anal queens for the last couple of years, took on Tony, Ian and Jay on a couch. They fucked and sucked themselves to oblivion and she took all they had to offer in each hole with some ATM as a focal point. There were DPs, lots of dirty talk by Angel, and the guys coated this hotty from head to toe as they got off after slamming her hard. This was probably tie for the hottest scene of the movie but I waiver when I watch scene two first.

Summary: While I would've preferred having more sex in the feature (it was only 90 minutes long), I can't deny the combination of ultra attractive gals having hot sex with a super clear picture under the direction of an extremely talented director as being worth a rating of Highly Recommended. The extras added something to the equation and if Private can keep providing this type of release, with all the frills and high-end aspects added in, I think they'll be kicking their competitors in the balls when it comes to sales. The rare use of anamorphic widescreen in a porno alone is something to write home about and the new slim DVD case was also a nice surprise since it travels well and takes up less space while still protecting the DVD.
