Extra's: The best extra this time would easily be the bonus scene between Angelina Fox and Manuel Ferrara. The couple had plenty of chemistry and heat together, with her ample sample a sight to behold in this scene that lasted over 31 minutes. I also liked the 7+ minute long Behind the Scenes feature, although it was less comprehensive than similar features elsewhere. Following that, there was a nearly 9 minute long session of extra footage (something fans always enjoy) of the sexual antics of the cast. The extras were rounded out with the usual photogallery, filmographies, cast list (a much-appreciated feature), and biography for John Stagliano.

Audio/Video Quality: The picture was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color, the industry standard at this time. Like most of Mr. Stagliano's movies, the picture quality was secondary to the sex itself, a fact that bugs some people more than others. The lighting was kind of weak at times, causing more grain and video noise than I like, and the last scene of the movie had some of those moments where the picture froze for a split second, but otherwise the picture was okay. The audio was presented in stereo English (per my receiver) but there was no separation between the channels and the dynamic range was really limited. You could generally hear the performers well enough to make out what they were saying but things like wind noise and background comments were too easily heard as well.

Body of Review: There are very few people watching porn that don't know who John "Buttman" Stagliano is. He's notable as the guy that elevated the gonzo genre to the height of popularity, basing his productions on a certain element of participation rather than the cold, refined porn that was prevalent when he started out. By interjecting his own comments and acting like most men would when faced with such great looking bodies, he allows us to live vicariously through him. His movies also use a lot of tease as the gals show off their assets, something more directors should consider using in their works. His latest release is Buttman's Anal Show 5, a show that obviously centers it's attention on anal antics, as John travels to Brazil for some heated action. Like Volume 4 (has it been a year since I reviewed that one?), the action is exactly what was advertised and only one scene fell flat. Here's a breakdown of the scenes by cast and action, noting that some condoms were used but didn't seem to get in the way of the fun:

Scene One: Renata, a brunette with a curvy body and the playfulness to use it well, was the starter here. She played with herself on a bed and John spent a lot of time (as usual) showing his love for her ass. She looked a lot like a curvier version of Sydnee Steele for those unfamiliar with her. After he was through sniffing her and squeezing her a bit, Juliano entered the scene in order to enjoy a face-sitting episode. There was some foot play and she got rough with him (slapping him a few times, for example) before blowing him. He then used some glass dildos to spread her ass enough for easy penetration, working them in and out as she moaned with pleasure. After wrapping his rascal, he started hammering away at her tight ass like a jackhammer in several positions, she licked him clean with some ATM and he came like a fountain.

Scene Two: Daphnie, a brunette with an awesome ass herself, gave John some up-skirt footage as he prowled beneath her in the walkway below. Like all of his movies, he spent a lot of time with the tease as she walked, bent over, and otherwise posed for him. It didn't take David long to join in on the fun so within minutes he was entering her pussy from behind. She definitely enjoyed the boning action and savored the taste of her pussy as she did the obligatory PTM (pussy to mouth). I think she looked more attractive in the face than Renata although it'd be a toss up as to which had a better body. An anal plug as well as large pink anal beads helped open up her ass for his penis, and in virtually no time at all, he was hammering away at her ass. She didn't do as much ATM and her ability to take it deep inside her ass weren't as good as Renata but I thought the scene was very solid.

Scene Three: Deborah, one of the weaker performers from Best Ass In The World, had a more stylish scene as she posed with loose fitting curtains over her ass. I didn't mind her hairy arms and pussy so much as her comparably bony ass. She's the gal on the front DVD cover and while her ass looked good there (most asses look good bent over), in the movie it was lacking. After the usual tease with toys (John was a gentleman to assist, huh?), she took on Falcon. There was a touch or oral before he screwed her pussy and ass but it seemed too mechanical for me (especially compared to the other scenes). The condom didn't bother me but the lack of chemistry between them did and the scene ended with her jerking him off (and nowhere near her face for those who care). This was easily the weakest scene of the DVD, by far.

Scene Four: Angelina, a busty brunette with a very well rounded ass, started off her scene by walking up some stairs. This gave the effect of showcasing her ample assets in a way that is hard to describe (it was sweet) as her tight blue jeans hugged her so nicely. John played with her a bit as he recorded her every move as Manuel peeped in on them. Once he joined in on the fun, she sat on his face before he massaged her and played with her breasts. She played back, licking him through his pants, giving him a quick blowjob and rimming him. He also went down on her, although neither of them seemed interested in oral all that much, and was soon plugging away like nobody's business. They screwed vaginally and then a whole lot of anal (with ATM) with some foot fetish action to boot. It ended when she jerked him off into her mouth.

Summary: Buttman's Anal Show 5 had some great performers and warm sexual antics, enough to earn it a rating of Recommended, with plenty of fuck for the buck. If you enjoy lengthy tease sequences, decent point of view camera work, and the talents of hotties as displayed by Buttman, you'll enjoy this volume almost as much as Volume 4. It wasn't perfect but it was certainly worth you time and money.
