Extra's: Platinum X Pictures is one of those gonzo companies that has shown its hunger by providing a great amount of bonus material on many of its DVDs. The extra most of you are going to appreciate a lot will be the bonus footage of the gals getting into the sex. Extra footage is usually trimmed in order to make the scenes flow better on the feature but seeing how perfect this cast is, any additional footage would add plenty of value, especially the 15.5 minutes of it here. There was also a 15.5 minute long Behind the Scenes feature that showcased the female cast quite nicely. From their preparation to the actual sex taking place itself, the BTS feature was fun to watch. The other extras were the standardized director's biography, a cum shot recap, a photogallery, a 6.5 minute long photoshoot of the gals (don't skip this if you like tease footage) and some trailers. In all, a decent package of extras that I wish other gonzo companies would provide.

Audio/Video Quality: The picture was presented in the usual 1.33:1 ratio full frame color that the movie was originally shot in. The colors were a bit off at times due to some minor lighting issues and I did notice grain on occasion but the focus issues irritated me the most (even then, they weren't that frequent, just a pain). I did notice a touch of pattern noise in a few scenes too but I'm just nitpicking because once you focus on the sex taking place, all those problems fade away. The audio was presented in the usual stereo English with a minor amount of echoing but otherwise the cast was easily heard as they moaned and groaned their way through the scenes. The music during the tease sequences wasn't bad but it wasn't anything you'd buy for its quality either.

Body of Review: Platinum X Pictures is usually known as the step brother of Red Light District that has spent most of its emphasis on the more extreme types of circus act sex that fans clamor for these days. From the rough stuff to the anal to the fetish oriented works by some of their key directors, PXP has never been known to shy away from providing exactly what fans want to see. While this sometimes causes fits for their distributors, at least consumers know who's looking out for them (for a price, of course). The latest release from them that I reviewed, Ultimate Asses 3, is the company's 70th release to date; not bad for a team that was told to forget about any hopes of success not that long ago. In the show, there were five scenes of anal sex, four of which were top of the line in every way (and the last wasn't bad either). If you want to see some of the finest ass in the jizz bizz doing it all for you, read the following breakdown of the scenes by cast:

Scene One: Katja, a honey with neon red hair and a tight little body, started off the show by teasing the camera with her perfect ass. I love fishnet stockings and her accompanying red outfit really accentuated her look in a favorable manner. Her partners in crime were Steve and Manuel, a sort of tag team well known in porn circles. From her oral to her anal and everything in between, this scene rocked! The energy and chemistry (they've worked together before) was so good that I'll be recommending this scene as a showcase for her abilities for some time to come (over and over at that!). There was ATM and DP action with the gape to follow but it should be noted that her full and complete participation in the action on all levels (pumping her ass, attacking their cocks orally, losing her breath, and all the other indicators too) were top notch. Whew!

Scene Two: Olivia, the curvy Latina gal with the alluring eyes and willingness to do whatever it takes to get her partner off, was up next in a scene with Michael and Steve. Katja is a tough act to follow and few performers in the industry are up to the task. Olivia's strengths are her ability to take anything dished out to her and keep on driving it home like a super-sized version of the energizer (fuck) bunny. Unlike Katja, she didn't rim the guys but otherwise, she made a good showing in her scene, taking the DP and oral like a champion with plenty of energy. The chemistry wasn't as high (how could it be?) but the sex was way above average by current gonzo standards, proving to me that Michael knew how to choose a cast capable of outshining nearly everyone else in porn.

Scene Three: Hollie, a blonde gal with a sweet body that I've been keeping on my radar screen of late, was up next in a scene with Michael. This was billed as her first anal so you may be disappointed to know that she didn't do a DP. Personally, I'm not as interested in "firsts" as much as when a gal is truly ready to do something and blows everyone away with it (see Katja's scene for an example of what I mean) but I know a lot of you enjoy this kind of thing and seeing the expression on the gal's face as she gets hammered hard in her ass for the first time can be priceless. Compared to the greats featured on this DVD with all they did, Hollie was totally out of her league but her scene did offer enough entertainment value to keep me watching (and not just as an intermission as a friend called it). Fans of hers will have to see her bouncing around on his dick as well as her orally gifted manner to see what she's capable of, with me expecting her to get even better with some experience.

Scene Four: Dana, one of the seven wonders of the porn world, started off her scene by dancing around in the same red vinyl stripper outfit she wore on the front DVD cover. To sum it up; she looked fucking fabulous! From her innocent face to her killer ass, there was absolutely nothing wrong with her in this scene where she took on both Michael and Manuel for her first DP. Words fail me to describe how attractive she looked as she did everything they asked of her; doing it with a smile and none of the prima donna attitude some performers seem to have these days. There was some rough stuff to the mix here (as with a few of the other scenes although more so here) and the energy levels were excellent. The chemistry was nearly as perfect as Katja's scene and both were comparable in terms of heated sexual antics taking place. Wow!

Scene Five: Lauren, one of the fastest rising stars in porn over the last year for her sexy body and beautiful face combined with talent to spare, had the last scene with Manuel. By this point in the movie, I knew that Platinum X Pictures was in possession of a winner but this one sealed the deal even more. Her booty shake at the beginning of the scene alone told me what I knew was going to happen; the scene was going to rock my world. To be fair to the other gals, Lauren's ass is not as perfectly round as several of them but she had a fresh look, much like Hollie's and the overall package was sweet! She took to the action like a fish to water and did all the same tricks the others did, including swallowing with a touch more class than Dana did. Yum!

Summary: Okay, the cast was great, the sex was great, and the extras were very solid so I'm going to give the DVD a rating of Highly Recommended, as it easily earned this coveted accomplishment. Had the technical aspects been a bit better, I may very well have gone the final step but as it stands, the show was simply awesome in terms of heat and energy with THE most talented anal queens in the business today. Katja and Dana were neck and neck with Lauren and Olivia right up there with them and even new-to-anal Hollie managed to impress me with her willingness to try new things. If you like anal sex, you're going to want this DVD…a lot! My only question would be: were the first two volumes this good (if so, why hadn't I heard about them?)?
